Out Damn Spot Painting with Rosemary

Session I: December 2021

In this class Rosemary is using oil paint on canvas. However, you can use whatever materials you have access to; be it paper and pencil, acrylics, crayons, markers, finger paint, watercolor, etc.

Rosemary will walk with you through removing your black spots through creative expression, courage, action and forgiveness. Her soothing voice, encouragement and instruction gives freedom to break through excuses and find your creative expression once again or for the first time. We have broken this class into three parts that can be watched all at once, in three parts or simply listened to like a podcast. We hope you enjoy the first Session of the Out Damn Spot series.
