Gentle Yoga & Meditation
Tuesdays 5:45pm to 6:45pm
Welcome to Yoga!
I’ll be leading a class that focuses on gentle postures, breathwork, relaxation, and meditation. You will move your body slowly and deliberately into different poses or postures that may challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on stretching, relaxation, and mindfulness.

Each class is $10.00 – payable that day. If this is your first class with me, you can sign the release and waiver of liability when you arrive. Classes will be held at the Cultural Centre 640 Dogwood Ave. Bird Island.
Class will begin at 5:45pm. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before class (5:30-5:35pm) begins so you can get parked, find the practice space, complete any registration requirements, get your mat set out, etc. Doing so creates the conditions for all participants to relax, settle in, and start the peaceful practice we each deserve. We also ask you to stay for the entire class session, as leaving early can disrupt the experience for others.

Participants are responsible to bring a yoga mat, favorite/needed
